David Chiche
Co-founder
After a career start in Banking & Finance, David has spent 5 years among Amazon’s Marketplace and Retail departments. He held the position of Key Account Manager, in charge of programs aimed at improving the delivery performance of third-party sellers. He then endorsed the role of AVS (Amazon Vendor Services) Manager, responsible for the Health & Personal Care categories (Daily Essentials, Baby Care, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Sensuality) in the Retail business. In this role, he supervised the teams in charge of relations with key accounts across Europe. He is an expert in the negotiation cycles between Amazon and its suppliers (SMEs and large international groups such as Procter&Gamble): setting up annual agreements, defining ‘ joint business plans’.
David is a graduate of ESSEC (Grande Ecole) in France and the University of Queensland in Australia.

Franck Vaillant
Co-founder
Franck worked for nearly 10 years at Amazon in the Marketplace France department. After joining the company as an Account Manager, he held several positions: product manager, program manager (FBA, Prime Shipped by Seller, Deals), then manager of the in-house agency ‘Strategic Account Services’ for France. In the latter capacity, he developed a comprehensive service offering delivered to 200+ sellers (500MM+ business volume) operating in all categories, via a team of 20+ consultants. He is specialised in logistics (operational efficiency, FBA, PEV, PanEU etc…), marketing (advertising, SEO, promotions) and team organization (business structuring, skill clusters etc…)
Franck is a graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management (Grande Ecole) and Griffith University in Australia.
